That's interesting
We used a lot of olive oil with our cooking but have swapped a lot of it for this flora stuff that looks creamy and then goes clear when you cook with it
The research into foods helping is mainly osteoarthritis based
Fish oils are apparently very helpful
As are ginger and turmeric for reducing inflammation
Basically if you find it helps- eat it, if it makes you worse- dont eat it!
Really if there was a fix ra diet- we'd all be on it and saving the Nhs millions of £ in the process
I think keeping a healthy diet as much as possible is important though
